Three-year-old bitten on penis

The Child Development Agency (CDA) said it will launch a probe into the circumstances surrounding how an infant was bitten on his penis by his classmate at a school in St Mary.

THE WEEKEND STAR was told that a report was made to the Office of Children's Registry, and that a file is being prepared for submission to the Office of the Children's Advocate.

Rochelle Dixon, public relations and communications manager at the CDA, said: "The OCR is currently generating a report to the CDA so that we can dispatch our investigators."

The agency said no further information could be offered to our news team at this time.
